Get a Job in the automotive industry, Vidoukin is recruiting a SCE Continual improvement engineer in Wuhan.

Requirements:

· At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

· 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry.

· Chinese and English (spoken+written).

· Good communication skills.

· Irreproachable work ethic.

· Six Sigma experience appreciated.

· Ability to make independent and sound decisions.

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.

· Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

· Ability to conduct assessments and audits.

· Ability to evaluate to measure progress.

Responsibilities:

· Challenge and validate the supply chain cost of suppliers and estimate the total landed cost on respecting the project millstones and target.

· Estimate the total landed cost of parts.

· Involved in the packaging continual improvement project and follow up with all the actions implemented according to the project timing.

· Help the supplier fill the Logistical cost of acquisition Sheet (FCLA) document correctly.

· Calculate the local cost for each FCLA according to our logistics database.

· Estimate the total landed cost of parts.

· Involved in the packaging optimization meeting with our plant and clarify the request regarding each optimization actions.

· Follow up with supplier to ensure every optimization action is finished on time.

· Follow up the changing process for the new packaging solutions.
